Overview

This policy explains how FINsurance LLC, including the FINsurance Advisory and FINsurance Advisors brands, handles information connected with these websites. FINsurance operates primarily as a remote service-area business. This policy describes website practices and is not a substitute for a product-specific, carrier, employment, or other notice required by law.

Information we collect

FINsurance LLC may collect information you choose to provide through contact, quote-request, recruiting, appointment, email, phone, and SMS interactions. This may include your name, phone number, email address, state, ZIP code, coverage category, current coverage situation, desired timing, budget range, contact preference, business information, licensing status, work background, and questions you submit.

The website's first-contact insurance form is not intended for diagnoses, prescriptions, detailed medical history, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or financial-account information. Do not place sensitive information in free-text fields. If additional information is genuinely needed for an insurance application or product review, FINsurance should direct you to an approved process.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to requests, determine which licensed representative or recruiting contact should follow up, schedule appointments, compare available next steps, maintain records, prevent fraud or abuse, improve website performance, and comply with legal, regulatory, carrier, and business obligations.

Submitting a website form does not enroll you in coverage, approve an insurance application, create an employment relationship, guarantee an agent opportunity, or guarantee that a product or role is available.

Phone, email, and SMS communications

When you provide contact information and submit the required consent, FINsurance may contact you by phone, email, and SMS about the insurance products, services, or career opportunity identified on the form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance or applying to participate in an opportunity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may withdraw consent or request that communications stop at any time. You may reply STOP to a text message and may also communicate an opt-out request by another reasonable method. Operational communications that are legally permitted without marketing consent may be treated separately where applicable.

Cookies, analytics, and Google services

The website may use essential browser storage, cookies, analytics, Google services, and similar technologies to operate pages, understand aggregate traffic, measure page and form performance, prevent abuse, and improve the visitor experience. These tools may collect device, browser, approximate location, referral, page-view, and interaction information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

During a browser session, the website may retain the first landing-page path, referring hostname, and allowlisted campaign labels so an eventual form request can be connected to its original source. It does not intentionally store the full referring URL, arbitrary query parameters, or form answers in this attribution record, and the two FINsurance brands use separate storage keys.

FINsurance will not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, free-text form responses, or medical information to analytics services. If analytics is enabled, available browser controls and any required consent controls may affect collection.

Scheduling, forms, CRM, and service providers

FINsurance may use approved providers for website hosting, form delivery, spam prevention, Google Calendar or another scheduling service, email, SMS, customer relationship management, workflow automation, analytics, and record storage. Information may be disclosed to these providers only as reasonably necessary for them to perform services for FINsurance, subject to applicable agreements and safeguards.

FINsurance does not promise that information transmitted over the internet is risk-free. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards should be used in proportion to the sensitivity of the information. Access should be limited to people and providers with a legitimate business need.

Information sharing

Information may be shared with licensed representatives, authorized FINsurance personnel, service providers, carriers or enrollment partners when requested and appropriate, and government or regulatory authorities when required. FINsurance may also disclose information to protect rights, safety, systems, clients, or the public, or as part of a lawful business transaction.

FINsurance does not state that it sells website lead information. If that practice changes, this policy and any legally required choice mechanism must be updated before the change takes effect.

Retention and deletion

FINsurance intends to retain personal information only while it has a legitimate business, client-service, recruiting, security, compliance, legal, or recordkeeping purpose. Exact retention periods may vary by record type and applicable requirements. Information that is no longer needed should be securely deleted or disposed of according to the approved retention process.

Before a CRM or automation system is placed into production, FINsurance should document the responsible data owner, authorized users, retention periods, deletion procedures, vendor access, and incident-response process.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about the use or disclosure of personal information. Some information may be exempt from a request or retained where legally required.

To make a privacy or communication request, email connorfinbarr@finsuranceadvisors.com or call (516) 491-1732. FINsurance may need to verify your identity and the authority associated with the request before responding.

Children and policy updates

These websites are intended for adults seeking insurance help or career information and are not directed to children under 13. FINsurance does not knowingly request personal information directly from children through these websites.

This policy may be updated when website practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be revised when material changes are published. Product-specific, carrier, applicant, employee, or legally required privacy notices may also apply and may provide additional rights or information.
